Raspberry Smoothie (Vegan)

1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup of raspberries
1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
Place chia seeds and apple juice in a bowl. Let soak about 10 minutes.
Combine chia seeds with juice and raspberries. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes for a thicker smoothie if desired. Enjoy!
